About the Opportunity

Do you have an interest in application and system analysis? Are you curious by nature? Do you love finding solutions? Do you like helping fellow staff members from a technology perspective? Then we want to hear from you!

We have an opportunity open for a Systems Analyst to oversee the help desk and guide users through issue resolution, communicate technical solutions in user-friendly language, and conduct end-user training where necessary. Helping us with timely and effective resolution of end-user issues as they relate to our banking system performance and procedures. Perform necessary maintenance and ensure the systems functionality, data consistency, security, and usability.

There are many other exciting responsibilities and career growth opportunities associated with this position we could list like building strong relationships with vendors and researching best practices – but we would like to go over that with you in person!
