We want all conference attendees to feel safe and stay healthy. That’s why we are working with the JW Marriott Edmonton ICE District to ensure a high degree of cleanliness throughout the event – you can read more about the JW Marriott’s commitment to clean here.
We will also be working with the venue to provide extra space where possible to allow for distancing in event spaces and meeting rooms, as well as to offer hand sanitizer stations and ensure any high contact areas in the space are cleaned frequently.
As with any public event, we will also encourage anyone who chooses to wear a mask to do so if they wish (masks are not mandatory in the hotel or event space as of May 2022).
We believe that coming together to learn, network and socialize with colleagues and peers from across the system is of vital importance. That is why this event will only be offered in person, with limited access to session recordings offered to registered delegates after the conference only.
Should the COVID situation in Alberta change, we will re-evaluate and communicate with registered delegates as required.
