FinTech, or Financial Technology, is an emerging industry that often competes with traditional financial services. Ian sees it a different way – as an opportunity for credit unions to stay ahead of the curve and offer the best products and services to their members.
“The evolution of FinTech and open banking will actually create more opportunity,” says Ian.
