Colliers International, Spear Street Capital and CBRE Group have won Office Lease of the Year for Alberta Central & Celero Solutions at The District at Beltline.
“This entry was selected because of its innovative re-purposing in the Beltline, which appeals to a new generation of tenants and it has a significant impact on this market,” said Bob Homersham, NAIOP Calgary President in the awards video.
